HVAC contractor in Saint Augustine, FL

I hired Mike and his team to install a complete new HVAC system for our existing home, as well as the new 1,200 sq. ft. two-story addition we recently built. From start to finish, they were professional, honest, and always on time. The quality of their work is outstanding, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. They truly deserve more than five stars. Thanks again, Mike, for everything — we couldn’t be happier with the results!

I can’t say enough good things about Sea Breeze Heating & Air Conditioning. Mike and his team have helped us on multiple occasions and truly went above and beyond when no one else could figure out our problem. We had a serious moisture issue in our attic that could have led to a major mold problem. While other companies couldn’t identify the cause, Mike took the time to properly diagnose the issue and installed a dehumidifier that ultimately saved our home from extensive damage. More recently, Mike saved us from spending nearly three times as much as other A/C companies were recommending for a new unit. His honesty, expertise, and commitment to doing what’s right for the customer are rare these days. Mike is professional, fair, dependable, and always shows up when he says he will. If you’re looking for an HVAC company you can trust, I highly recommend Sea Breeze Heating & Air Conditioning to all of my friends and family.

Mike (the owner) and Patrick were friendly, professional, and thorough. They determined that my compressor was bad, and needed replacing. To properly validate their 10 year warranty, it was necessary to replace the air handler and thermostat as well. Their fee was not only reasonable but they did a temporary install with a loaner unit to get me through the 5 days until the permanent unit was installed as I was waiting on financing. I highly recommend Seabreeze!

Mike did an excellent job with helping me with choosing the best unit for my needs and then the installation was seamless. Thank you

Thank you to our HVAC tech, Mike, w/ Sea Breeze Heating & Air Conditioning. We got in from being out out of town only to find our fan blowing w/ NO a/c for the 4th of July weekend. Needless to say the house temp was 90 degrees and wife, kids, & dog were all not happy. Mike responded w/in a few hours, diagnosed the problem, and repairs were completed w/ in about 1 1/2 hours w/ a Veteran’s discount. By bed time, temp in the house was down to 75 degrees. Happy wife, kids, and dog and everyone is ready to celebrate the Nation’s 250th Birthday! Thanks Mike and Seabreeze, “Happy wife, happy life!” Happy 4th of July! Hooah, Army Strong! -Davis Family
