Owner Michael Sankowski started this business on two things: hard work and a genuine commitment to doing right by every customer. More than 15 years of hands-on experience in Florida's heat and humidity shaped the way we work, and that foundation shows in every service call we run.
Michael is a true Florida native. He grew up here, raised his family here, and knows firsthand how brutal a broken AC can be in the middle of a Florida summer.
